From start to finish, Victoria surpassed my husband's and I expectations. Getting married is a mind field and not for the faint-hearted. Victoria took away the stress of the planning and the execution of the wedding process. We felt that Victoria was in control of the whole weekend, dealing with suppliers, organising champagne cocktails after the Wedding, organising the entertainment, and ensuring our Wedding Breakfast and seating arrangements were all followed. The two-day Wedding went off without a hitch, well apart from us getting-hitched! We hired Victoria to co-ordinate our wedding after seeing what a fantastic job she did at another wedding that we had attended. To say that she was the best thing we spent money on for our wedding, would be an understatement. From first contact onwards, Victoria was friendly, efficient and incredibly organised. She ensured that we had everything ordered correctly, put together an order of the day and liaised with our suppliers. Our wedding ran so smoothly on the day and this is entirely down to Victoria. We were incredibly confident leading up to the day that everything was in hand, and this was definitely the case. We cannot recommend Victoria's services enough. Victoria planned our wedding during the Summer of 2023. From start to end she was incredibly efficient, professional and attentive and I also very much appreciated her endless local knowledge, indeed every supplier Victoria recommended provided an excellent service. Our wedding took place at two different venues (Elms Barn and our own garden) which added a layer of complexity in terms of organisation: two lots of entertainment, different caterers, transport between venues, tight timings for parts of the day etc, but none of this phased Victoria and thanks to her, everything went very smoothly. I felt absolutely reassured that she had a handle on all aspects of the day which meant I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Victoria achieves the perfect combination of being present (in terms of having a good overview of what’s going on) while blending into the background and being very discreet in her management of the event. The only downside to this is that I hardly saw her and she’s also a very lovely person to chat to! I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria to plan any event and you’d be very lucky to have her!
